Ring Permanent Ferrite Magnet

Ferrite permanent magnets are made of Sro or Bao with Fe2O3,manufacturing through the ceramic process.
Because of its cheap row materials,with a relatively simple production process,so the products' price 
is very low compared to other magnets.Thanks to its main row material is oxide, Ferrite magnet is hardly 
affected by environment or chemical substances(certainly except the influence of strong acid) and corrosion,
therefore,this kind of magnets' surface does not need plating processing.It's mainly used in handicrafts, 
suction attachment, toys, motor, loudspeaker.
Production process.
charge mixture--->burn-in--->crush--->ball-milling--->powder process--->Dry pressing molding/Dry press 
forming/Wet pressing magnetic--->sintered--->machining--->test--->package and shipping

Applications: Motors, Meters, Speakers, Sensors, Medical Machine products, Magnetic Sport products, etc.
